How We Works
  1. For Holiday Packages: Once receiving your Advance Payment as per payment policy, we will issue the Confirmation Vouchers within 72 Working hours subject to confirmations received from Suppliers. Balance Amount Payable as per Payment Policy.
  2. For Cab & Driver Details: All Cab & Driver details will be shared with guests prior to one day before the departure date.
  3. Air Tickets: Air Tickets will be sent in the Mail immediately once Payment received as per payment policy.

For NEFT/RTGS/IMPS Transactions: Payment needs to be made in the comapny name ie DiscoverMyTravel You can do by using net-banking in our current accounts . Any Payment made in personal account of anyone cant be entertained .

Flight price & timings are subject to availability due to dynamic fluctuation. We don’t have any pre-booked Hotels, Flights, Or any other services, so all components are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Payment Policy
All Trips starting 21 days prior to departure: ( Domestic)
  1. 30% of the package cost or INR 10,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
  2. 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to departure.
  3. 20% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is less, guests may pay on arrival at the respective destination in cash only. However, if he or she wants to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can be done 7 days prior to the departure date.
  4. The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.
All Trips starting within 21 days to departure: ( Domestic)
  1. 80% of the package cost or INR 10,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
  2. 20% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is less, guests may pay on arrival at the respective destination in cash only. However, if he or she wants to pay us (Company) directly, then the same can be done 7 days prior to the departure date.
  3. FUll ull amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.
For International Package (Outside India):
  1. 50% of the package cost or INR 20,000 whichever is higher payable for booking confirmation.
  2. 50% of the package cost is payable 15 days prior to the departure date. If guests want to pay the rest balance in cash at the respective destination, he/ she may pay the same in cash at the respective destination’s local currency only equivalent to Indian Currency on arrival itself to our representative. Kindly note that guests have to bear the extra amount for currency exchange on their own for local currency if opt for on arrival payment.
  3. The full amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation for those components where 100% advance payment required for confirmation like some hotels, Flight Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, Travel Insurance, Visa charges, etc.

Cancellation Policy

Regular Cancelation Policy :
21 days or more before Departure Date    30% of package cost 70 % will be refundable
15 days or more before Departure Date     50% of package cost 50 % will be refundable
10 days or more before Departure Date     80% of package Cost 20% will be refundable
7 days or more before Departure Date       100% of package Cost

*Special Note: At any point of time after Booking, if cancelation made on Non- Refundable components like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services, then the respective amount will be completely non-refundable or will be followed as per Components (like airfare, Hotel Bookings, transportations, or any other services) Individual Cancelation Policy.

Covid Special Cancelation Policy: If the tour is  postponed  before travel due to Pandemic Situations (i.e  Covid-19), We will issue Credit Notes to guests which he/she may use for future travel for the same destinations .

Refund & Modification Policy
  1. For Postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to inform us at 7 days prior to Departure Date. Any request made within 7 days no amendments possible and Cancelation charges occur as per cancelation policy .
  2. The package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability & Cancelations of respective Components Booked)
  3. We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
  4. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.  
  5. No Changes/ modifications are allowed during the trip except extreme conditions, which will be also done as per the cancelation policy of respective Components Booked.
  6. Refunds if any, for variation/modification/amendments/alteration and/or cancellations, etc. of any tour will be paid directly to the guest by ‘A/C payee cheque only’, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the cheque, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments in part or whole were made in foreign currency.
  7. Refund payments will be processed within 15 working days of the cancellation date and the amount is payable as per cancellation policy.
  8. No refund will be Applicable -For any missed/unused services of the tour including the meals due to any reason.
  9. No cash refund will be Applicable – If the tour is indefinitely postponed / Stopped during travel due to a natural calamity, riots, political disturbances, or any other unforeseen calamities. We will issue Credit Notes to guest which he/she may use in future travel however subject to cancelation/Refund policy of Respective components booked.
  10. In case of any Visa denial or any delay in the Visa process, we shall not be responsible for any loss due to the same and no refund will be applicable. Visa approval and process duration is as per consulate/embassy discretion only.

* Our Executive may change your itinerary depending on the weather condition and ferry availability, the same shall be conveyed to guest on a day to day basis.
 * In case of any unexpected bad weather Condition, Natural Calamity Or due to any unavoidable circumstance if the ferry/fight / Helicopter to Port Blair, Havelock, Neil or other island gets canceled, some other alternative accommodation will be provided in Port Blair / Havelock, Neil Island or any other island,  These additional night / Nights of accommodation in Port Blair Havelock/ Port Blair / Neil Island or any other island will be on direct payment basis by guest, out liability will be restricted to the face value of ferry tickets / Helicopter tickets / Flight tickets if booked by us. 
* Andaman and Nicobar group of islands are under restricted area please carry a valid photo ID issued by competent authorities, without which hotels may not entertain check-in.
* All Foreign nationals and Indian staying abroad holding a passport of a different country (PIO/OCI) needs to register themselves on arrival at Port Blair airport (immigration) which should have valid India .
* Our Executive will hold the placard outside the Airport Exit gate, the guest is requested to Reconfirm the flight details with our local tour manager before boarding the flight.*Issues regarding child age to be settled by the guest directly to the Hotel.
*In case of political unrest, non-availability of seats in pvt ferry, bad weather or the sudden breakdown of the vessel we may shift guest to alternative Govt ferry and no refund will be entertained during that situation.
* All the ferry service inland and inter-island may change the schedule without prior notice due to weather conditions, technical snag, operational requirement or commercial. we do not owe any responsibility for the same, our liability is restricted to the face value of the tickets only.
* All the hotels on Port Blair, Havelock, and Neil Island have early check out 0800hrs, guest having late afternoon flights may book additional tours accordingly.
* In case ferry to Neil island does not operate due to the schedule change or non-availability of seats in Private or Government ferry guest will be brought back to Port Blair and alternative sightseeing will be provided.
* All the Hotels in Port Blair and Havelock has extra mattress system they do not provide extra beds
* Majority of the Hotels in Havelock / Neil do not have room service (all the foods are served on the main restaurant only), intercom and hot water facilities, although for children and elderly guest hot bucket water is available on request.There will be no refund for any unused services*In Andaman Mobile networks are BSNL, AIRTEL & VODAFONE and no other Networks are supportedIssue regarding child age to be settled by guest directly to the Hotel

Special Notes For Kashmir Travel

Local sightseeing in Pahalgam is not included due to union restrictions in Pahalgam. 
we can either arrange a vehicle or guest can pay directly on spot for trip to Aru, Chandanwari & Betaab valley @ supplement of INR 2500/- Per vehicle (08 Pax max to 01 Car). FYI our vehicle in Pahalgam can cover market & main area including Amusement park.         

  • Local sightseeing in Sonamarg is not included due to union restrictions so local attraction like Thajiwas Glacier can be done by ponies only (at direct pay basis).
  • Another attraction is Zero point taking local cab from Sonamarg taxi union cost INR 5000/- (direct pay basis). FYI our vehicle in Sonamarg can roam around market place & main Sonamarg only.
Local sightseeing in Sonamarg is not included due to union restrictions so local attraction like Thajiwas Glacier can be done by ponies only (at direct pay basis).

Another attraction is Zero point taking local cab from Sonamarg taxi union cost INR 5000/- (direct pay basis). FYI our vehicle in Sonamarg can roam around market place & main Sonamarg only.

 Honeymoon Inclusions like Flower Decoration, Candle light dinner, Badam Milk & Honeymoon Cake will be charged: INR 1000/- Per Couple.
      
For Ladakh Packages, the state government & concerned authorities has imposed the inner line permit for all tourists with immediate effect at Ladakh.The charges will be @INR 650 Per Pax. Client can pay that directly or you can include it in the package.

Chardham Travel Terms & Conditions
  1.  There is no deluxe facilities in Kedarnathji due to high altitude. There only serve you bed system. 
  2. As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check-in. valid identifications documents are: Passport & Visa together, Voters Id card, Current Drivers License, Aadhar Card. All the documents must include a photograph.
  3. Hotel / camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid id proof is not provided. Company is not responsible for any ID proof related issues.
  4. Generally hotel check in time is 14:00 hrs and checkout time is 11:00 hrs across India. Confirm early check in or late checkout will be chargeable if not included in cost. Kindly contact hotel directly if you want complimentary early check in or late check out. 
  5. If meals are included in package it will be served at set menu basis in a buffet menu / fixed / meal credit. Any items which are not in their in ideal Buffet / Fixed menu will be charged extra at the time of consumption. Hotels decide the menu and options of items for menu. Some hotels having Meal credit policy instead of Buffet or Fixed Menu during low occupancy in hotel – This meal credit amount is decided by hotel management – if bills goes above the given meal credit amount then extra amount should be paid directly at respective hotel. Room service for the food or packing is charged extra at many hotels. Normally in Chardham you will get north Indian type food only and most of the standard and deluxe hotels give thali if meals are included in package .
  6. Breakfast Timing: 07:00 Am to 09:00 AM And Dinner: 07:00 PM to 10:00 PM (About the timing you can contact hotel management before.) 
  7. Normally for extra bed on double sharing rooms many hotels has rollaway bed while rest of the hotels provide extra mattress only. If you are not comfortable with mattress system instead of bed let us know in advance
  8. In hill areas or Chardham many hotels don’t have ac so if you insist ac only kindly confirm with the company regarding the same. Lift facility & power back up is not available in most of the hotels in Chardham. Wifi facility and room heater is mostly chargeable but don’t expect good wifi in Chardham hotels due to network issues most of the time.
  9. Most of the hotels in Chardham are not running full year so don’t expect similar service and room quality like you get in HaridwarRishikesh in the same price range. Especially in may june and other busy days the budget/standard hotels in Chardham can cost more than deluxe hotel in HaridwarRishikesh or Delhi. Also if you want to stay good hotels with good reviews you need to book at least 3 months before in may June and 1-2 month before in Oct Nov season as good hotels are mostly booked in advance by groups. In Kedarnath there is only basic dharamshala / budget hotel type basic facility only even if your package is luxury in Kedarnath don’t expect even deluxe rooms. 

Vehicle Terms & Conditions:
  1. AC will not work in all hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle. Hill areas will start from Dehradun onwards as well from Rishikesh onwards and ac will not work beyond those points.
  2. Vehicle will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and inside the city limits or which is mentioned in itinerary. For additional sightseeing, off route sightseeing, sightseeing not inside the city limits or substitute sightseeing kindly contact company. Refund is not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered. In case you want some excursions kindly inform company in advance or discuss these things with company rather than driver. All nearby sightseeing points should be covered together. However in case of sometime issues with some particular place we can adjust. In Chardham route some of the places are not on the way like Trijuginarayan, Lakhamandal, Auli, Kalimath, NeelkanthMahadev, AdiBadri, BhavishyaBadri etc. Kindly contact directly to company in case you want to include these places rather than driver.
  3. Due to any reason if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
  4. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of  transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
  5. In case the driver is not cooperative kindly contact company on the spot.
  6. Driver will not drive on No-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jam. Normal working hours of driver is 12 hrs in case you want services more than 12 hours in a day kindly inform us in advance.
  7. In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate for the same.
  8. Pick up and drop point will be one only (If multiple pickups and drop please mentions email conversation before booking)
  9. In case you want multiple visit to the some particular place kindly mention in advance because some places are having very high charges of parking.
  10. Tour destination / route cannot change without prior notice (Amended route and tour Destination rates may be change)
  11. The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel/Petrol prices in India. If the prices increased more than 5 % than the time of booking we will increase the rate even if the rates are confirmed earlier.
  12. Company reserves the right to give you a similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.
  13. At many of the tourist destination / hill station - some of the road / shopping market / mall road have "NO ENTRY" for all / some bigger tourist vehicles depends on destination along with time restrictions also. In this kind of situation guest have to manage another available mode of transport with an additional cost and on direct payment basis, this cost is not included in ideal package inclusion.
  14. Some time vehicle parking area little far from the sightseeing spots. Guests need to reach the parking at their own cost.
  15. No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities
  16. No cancellation or any refund will be made if situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, road blocks, heavy snow fall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the customer could not reach the destination and which is beyond our control.
  17. Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
  18. All rights reserved to management to cancel any service without any refund until full advance amount towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by company.
  19. Company Here by expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdictions or country other than India. Company considers itself and intends to the jurisdictions only of the court of Dehradun Uttarakhand India.

About Helicopter in Kedarnath: 
  1. Valid identification is required as well as biometric registration.
  2. There are 3 different helipad locations (Phata, Sirsi and Agatsya Muni) and ticket will be booked according to availability. If your hotel is far from helipad you need to start early to reach on time. If you prefer particular helipad only kindly contact company before making payment.
  3. If the helicopters are not flying for any reason like weather or other reason we will be not responsible. You will get your money for helicopter ticket cost refund but date change will be difficult for us. In case of cancelation of flight for the day due to any reason, the current day passenger will be given priority over previous day passenger. Previous passengers may be accommodated subject to availability of seats; else full fare will be refunded. No extra refund for meals / accommodation / transport will be provided only helicopter ticket cost will be refund.
  4. Aerial photography from helicopter is prohibited.
  5. Reporting time for Helicopter is as per the aviation company information on ticket and we will be not able to change it and if you don’t reach on reporting time no refund is possible. All passengers should report at the given reporting time, the boarding may take place any time after that depending on traffic and flight schedule. Boarding time can take 2 hrs also after reporting but guest must reach on time according reporting time.
  6. The same day return passengers will get only 2 hrs for darshan at KedarnathJiDham.
  7. Priority Darshan passes (VIP tickets) for Kedarnath temple for same day passenger will be charged as per rates decided by Badri-Kedar Temple Committee (BKTC). Approx 1100 to RS 2500 Per Person. That amount you have to pay as per crowd & committee instruction at the helipad.
  8. Seating of the passengers will be depending on the helicopter load carriage and guests may have to be divided in separate flights.
  9. Two way passengers will have priority over one way passengers.
  10. Night halt passengers will be booked for 1400 hrs onwards flights only. Reporting time at Kedarnath helipad, next day for return flights, will be 0600 hrs. Night halt passengers will be allowed to stay at Kedarnath after the declaration by Govt. of Uttarakhand .
  11. Passenger weight more than 80 kg have to pay additional Rs 150/kg for additional weight. Weight will be calculated individually and will not be offset with another passenger.
  12. Passengers are entitled only one piece of baggage weighing not more than 2 kilograms, any additional piece of baggage will not be allowed.
  13. Children above 2 years of age will be provided with a seat and will be charged full fare. For infants less than two years is free and no seat will be provided to the infants.
  14. Aviation company liability in case of any injury death or damage or lost of property etc will depend on civil aviation rules and regulations (Carriage by air act as per the latest rules). All disputes regarding this should be between particular aviation services Provider Company and guest directly and DiscoverMyTravel will be not liable.

  •  This is a system generated voucher and does not require Signature/Stamp.

General Travel Terms & Conditions


  1. Packages rates are calculated as per the hotels & rooms mentioned. In case room type is not mentioned, calculation is based on the base category room in the hotel.
  2. Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on availability of hotels mentioned.
  3. In case of non-availability of rooms in the specified hotels, we will inform you the same and will give you different options of hotels and rate will increase or decrease depends on the hotel selection.
  4. Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system. We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package. After Check-in & after booking changes are not possible.
  5. DiscoverMyTravel does not have any hidden charges except your lunch, dinner (All food in Kerala houseboat is included) and personal expenses. During the journey if someone asks for extra money, you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern.
  6. Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy.
  7. Gala dinner on Christmas 24th,31st/New year eve will be at actual cost.
  8. On Arrival Day Breakfast is not included in the package.
  9. Company is not responsible for missing sightseeing,destinations due to political strike or roadblocks. Missing meal due to early checkout or late check-in
  10. Rooms at all Hill stations (Rooms at Munnar, Thekkady, Kodaikanal and Ooty,Coorg,Himachal uttrakhand,Kashmir) are Non A/C as mentioned. If you require A/C, you can pay extra directly at hotels and upgrade, but depends on availability. If Heater required in Hotels that will be on Direct Expanse .
  11. All Personal Activities & Entry tickets are not included in the package
  12. Hotel check-in time is typically at 2:00 PM, while check-out time is at 12:00 PM noon . May vary from hotels to hotels .Early check-in & late checkout as per hotel availability & might be on extra charges .
  13. The package price does not include – Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees, room heater charges, etc.
  14. In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangements for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of a similar standard.

Before confirmation of booking, Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc.
  17. DiscoverMyTravel acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport, etc.) and shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
  18. Any services, sightseeing, upgrades, or inclusions requested by the guest must be explicitly added to the final Package PDF/quotation and shared in writing prior to travel. Verbal discussions, phone calls, or chat conversations cannot be treated as confirmation or proof of inclusion.

Himachal Travel Important Info & Activities Approx. Charges


1.      Our vehicles will operate only up to Solang Valley. If guests wish to travel beyond (to Sisu, Koksar, Atal Tunnel, or Rohtang Pass), only Taxi Union vehicles are permitted. These additional charges are not included in the package and will be on a direct payment basis.

2.      In Kufri, during both winter and summer, our vehicles will go only up to Kufri Parking (this applies to all taxis). To explore further, guests can either walk or hire ponies at their own expense.

3.      In winter, the road to Khajjiar from Dalhousie may be closed due to snow. If guests wish to visit Khajjiar, the route will be via Chamba, and this will require direct payment for the extended travel.

4.      For guests staying at Glamps Stay in Sethan (Hampta Pass), if road conditions are not favorable due to snow or poor maintenance, a local vehicle may need to be hired at the guest’s expense.

5.      If guests are traveling by Volvo bus, please note that these buses arrive early in the morning. Early check-in at the hotel is subject to availability.

6.      During heavy snow or rain, Volvo buses may halt at Patlikuhl or the nearest accessible point before Manali. In such cases, 4x4 vehicles or larger vehicles with tire chains will need to be hired to reach the hotel. This will be on a direct payment basis.

2.      River Rafting (Beas River, Kullu) – ₹1,500 - ₹3,000 per person
